Since 2013 chef Paolo Arlotta has run hundreads of vegetarian degustation dinners, from the Speak as You eat project, the private dining room experience and herbivorous nights, plus two years residency with his little gem Riso.. we sadly announce, and have the honour to announce his last Melbourne pop up before he departs for new adventures overseas!
This will be a farewell feast with a set menu designed to leave you in ecstasy and a very full belly. Additional courses and brand new creations for a last supper not to forget.
Come and say goodbye to Paolo as Melbourne loses one of the most passionate vegetarian chefs in town. $89pp for three snacks, two shared entrees, bread, 2 pastas, one risotto, pre-dessert and dessert.
