A lovely collection of victorian sparkling, from the classic methode traditionale punt road, which spends a good amount of time on lees, to the interesting but amazingly rich fiano based felicitas, to something a little bit wilder, but looking very clean and well made this vintage in the fairbank ancestrale pet nat rose.
