Henry Sugar prides itself on showcasing local produce, native Australian ingredients and independent booze presented in honest and delicious dishes and drinks. Our team prepares everything fresh and in house - from fermenting our soft drinks and baking our famously light sourdough.

We take bookings for dinner 6 nights a week, available a la carte or you may opt for our seasonal five course chefs menu - highlighting native Australian produce paired with classic technique. We cater to all dietaries, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, coeliac.

We always keep plenty of space for walk ins, whether you are after a quick drink or a snack, or an impromptu dinner. Grab a spot on our deck when the sun is shining, or cozy up by the fireplace during winter.
